Mabantu is the name that identifies the Bongo Flava music group from the city of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The group is made up of two artists, Twarha Kanengo (Twarha Mabantu 9 July, 1997) and Mwarami Kajonje (Muuh Mabantu-21 January, 1999).
Together, they are known for their song Sundi (2018), Bodaboda (2018) “Kama Tulyvyo” (2019) featuring Whozu, Mali safi (2024) and the most famous one is Nawakera featuring Young Lunya. They also did collaborative work with “R the DJ”, Shobo (2021). So these artists have become more and more loved by their fans due to their talents becoming bigger and bigger, even today they are back with their brand new song called “Fala” featuring another love song artist known as Jay Melody.
