Israeli forces launched a raid in Jenin, a tense city in the West Bank. The operation, backed by helicopters, killed at least nine Palestinians. Prime Minister Netanyahu called it a “significant military operation.”

This raid followed US President Trump’s decision to lift sanctions on Israeli settlers. The operation targeted fighters, according to Netanyahu. As forces moved in, Palestinian security forces pulled back. Gunfire echoed through the streets.

Health officials reported nine deaths and 35 injuries. Just a week earlier, an Israeli airstrike hit the Jenin refugee camp, killing three. Netanyahu stated the operation was part of a larger effort against the Iranian influence in the region.

Meanwhile, in Tel Aviv, a foreign attacker stabbed five people on Nahalat Binyamin Street. The attacker, a 28-year-old man, was shot dead by security forces. Hamas praised the attack, calling it a “heroic operation.”

In the West Bank, Israeli settlers attacked Palestinians in the village of al-Funduq. They burned cars and damaged property. The Palestinian Authority condemned the violence and called for US intervention to stop the escalating attacks. President Abbas urged the US to address these ongoing Israeli policies.
