Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling Pharmacist
responsibilities.
(a) Key Responsibilities:
– Verifying dosage on medications prescribed by healthcare providers.
– Preparing prescriptions according to prescriber instructions.
– Ensuring whether or not a particular medication will interact with other medications used by
the patient.
– Verifying that the patient is not otherwise at risk of adverse reactions caused by a prescription.
– Educating patients about how and when to take or administer the prescription
– Basic records keeping and administrative tasks, as required.
– Ensuring frequent stock taking and drugs availability.
– Good communication with other stake holders and other responsibilities that will be assigned
by your employer according to your professiona.
(b)Qualifications:
– Previous experience 3 years as a Pharmacist is a plus.
– Bachelor degree in pharmacist from a recognized university.
– Valid license from Pharmacy council of Tanzania.
– Computer skills in ms word excel and power point is an added advantage.
– High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
